Apto Solutions is looking for an individual to grow the IT Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN)
Product Line. Applicants should have a strong knowledge of the key OEM’s in this space (Brocade,
EMC, Hitachi, IBM, NetApp, StorageTek, etc.), the technology that these OEM’s manufacture, and
the recoverable value of said technology.

Duties:• Exhibit knowledge of secondary IT market products, pricing, and factors influencing pricing for
Enterprise Storage equipment

• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships. Prospect for new customers through internet research, outbound phone calls, email, and customer visits

• Develop and execute re-marketing plan based on current inventory and inbound forecast

• Maintain awareness of inbound shipments and current inventory levels

• Quality control of inventory input, grading, and sorting

• Solicit offers on product lists

• Manage eCommerce activities (eBay, Amazon, etc.) when applicable

• Negotiate with customers on pricing and other terms/conditions

• Create invoices and manage the collection of funds

• Manage product fulfillment and shipping process

• Manage customer issues

Sales Support Responsibilities, as related to Enterprise Storage opportunities

• Assist sales team with valuations and quotes

• Assist sales team with order fulfillment process

• Assist sales team with proposals and presentations

• Assist with wholesale marketplace activities

• Assist with company CRM database management
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily.
The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The individual
should be detail oriented with good communication skills and a desire to work in sales. The ability to work
in a team environment is required, as is the ability to effectively manage varying and numerous tasks
concurrently.

Required Computer Skills:
Internet, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), CRM, Other

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University. Major in technology or sales & marketing is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
